Please note that full conference kit and Gala Dinner cannot be guaranteed for on-site registrations.

The registration link will be disconnected on June 12, 2024, at 23:59 CEST.

After this date, only on-site registrations will be possible, subject to availability.

ABSTRACT PRESENTERS

To ensure inclusion in the final program, at least one author must be registered by February 29, 2024.

For each abstract, it is required that at least one co-author registers for the Conference (one registration - one abstract policy). The abstract presenter must include the ABSTRACT ID in their registration form.

 

The Conference Organizing Committee expects every scheduled presenter to register and attend the conference. If a speaker needs to cancel their presentation, they should attempt to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Any changes to scheduled presentations should be promptly communicated to the Conference Organizing Committee.

A "no-show" or cancelled presentation can cause significant inconvenience to attendees and conference organizers.

The Conference Organizing Committee appreciates all speakers' compliance with these guidelines.

REGISTRATION FEES 

The Conference registration fee includes:

  • Access to all Conference Sessions

  • Morning and afternoon coffee breaks as in the final program

  • Lunches as in the final program

  • Welcome Cocktail 

  • GALA DINNER is not included; you may purchase it during the registration process

The YOUNG SESSION can be attended by Students/Post-docs only. 

They may attend only the YOUNG SESSION without attending the conference.

The YOUNG SESSION registration fee include:

  • Access to the Young Event Sessions

  • Afternoon coffee break on June 24

  • Guided tour to Palazzo Bo on June 24

  • Morning coffee break on June 25

  • Lunch on June 25

In order to be entitled to the Student/Post Doc fees, you must send a student/post doc status evidence to registration@sistemacongressi.com.

Student/Post Doc registration is available for undergraduate, graduate, Ph.D and post-doctoral students. 

 

ADDITIONAL FEES

Additional Welcome Cocktail ticket for accompanying person: € 40,00

Additional Gala Dinner ticket for conference attendees and their accompanying persons: € 55,00

Additional services will not be sold at the conference venue unless still available.

 

SOCIAL EVENTS PARTICIPATION

Help us not to waste any food or other planet's resources!

Organizers will book your Welcome Cocktail and Gala Dinner only if you book these items on the registration form.

HOW TO REGISTER

  1. Create your account.

  2. If you already have one, simply log in and register.

  3. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on "FORGOT PASSWORD?"

  4. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an automatic registration confirmation with a summary of the options you have selected.

  5. If you do not receive this e-mail, either your e-mail address has been entered incorrectly or the registration process has not been completed.

Please note that some of the registration options may be edited or added. Simply log into your account to do so.

 

PAYMENTS

Fees must be paid in euros (€) and can be settled by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or bank transfer to Sistema Congressi.

Our online payment system, Xpay, provided by Nexi, ensures the security of your transaction.

If you opt for bank transfer, please complete the registration form first. Bank transfer details and instructions will be provided in the registration confirmation email.

Please be aware that admission to ePS2 cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received. Registrations with outstanding or delayed payments will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.

On-site registration fees can only be settled by credit card.

INVOICE

The invoice will be issued and mailed to your email address in PDF format in due time. Possible delays may occur due to holiday periods or overlapping deadlines.

 

WARNING

Ensure that all invoice information is correct and complete!

Consistency in billing data is mandatory!

For example, if you select billing to “MYSELF", it means that you'll pay, and the invoice will be in your name.

In this case you need to provide YOUR personal address and YOUR personal tax number (Tax Identification Number , VAT, IVA, NIF, TVA, National Insurance Number, GST, HST, BTW...).

A handling fee of 25% of the invoice total will be withheld in case a new invoice with amended data is requested.

The attendee's name will always be included in the invoice description.

The "Italian Public Institution" option is available exclusively for employees of the Italian Public Administration.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation must always be confirmed in writing: please email registration@sistemacongressi.com and ensure to include all your bank information.

Refunds of fees, less €50 for an administrative charge, will be issued for cancellations received before April 30, 2024 (23:59 CEST).

After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be processed after the Congress. No refund will be possible in the case of a no-show.

 

In the event of the conference being cancelled at any time due to force majeure or other reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, registration fees will not be refunded. Neither the Organizing Committee nor the Organizing Secretariat will be liable for any other costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc. Participants are highly encouraged to obtain their own insurance policy covering such events.

USAGE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC/AUDIO/VIDEO MATERIAL TAKEN AT THE CONFERENCE

By attending ePS2, you acknowledge and agree as follows:

  1. to be photographed, filmed or recorded

  2. that the organization of ePS2 may use this material on its website or in electronic and print publications and on social media

  3. due to the prevalence of mobile recording devices in today’s world, ePS2 Organizing Committee  disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any multimedia format by other attendees at the event.
